What am I?

Nothing seems to satisfy this desire
To rid this burning sensation of the flesh.
I have a bestial urge to growl like a tigress after her pray.
What am I?
I am a woman with needs
I am a woman that can sense a touch from afar
I am a woman that wants to be heard
I am a woman hard to satisfy.
I am a woman not willing to give up.
I am a WOMAN!!
